    Terms & Conditions

The terms for using our website and public demonstrations.

    Last updated:

EVCalls is operated by Envintors Digital Solutions Inc.

    1. About EVCalls and these terms

EVCalls is operated by Envintors Digital Solutions Inc. (“EVCalls”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the public EVCalls website, its content and its public demonstrations.

Please read these terms before using the website or a demonstration. By using them, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. If you act on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so.

Customer subscriptions, pilots, integrations and operational support services are governed by the applicable written customer agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement or create a service-level commitment. If the two conflict in relation to a contracted service, the customer agreement controls that service.

    2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about EVCalls, evaluate publicly available demonstrations and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for using the website lawfully and for ensuring that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You are responsible for your device, internet connection and browser permissions. Do not use another person's identity or represent an organization without authorization. The public demonstrations are intended for business evaluation.

    3. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You must not use the website or demonstrations to:

    • Engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful activity or infringement of another person's rights.
    • Submit malicious software, harmful instructions or content intended to compromise systems or expose confidential information.
    • Access accounts, systems, information or services without authorization, or attempt to obtain credentials or other protected information.
    • Bypass security measures, bot verification, usage limits or other access restrictions.
    • Disrupt availability, overload the service or use automated requests that create unreasonable load.
    • Collect personal information about other users without a lawful basis or use the demonstration to disclose information you are not authorized to share.
    • Present a simulated or AI-generated outcome as a verified EVCalls service result, customer endorsement or authorization to act.

If you identify a possible security issue, report it to info@envintors.com. Do not include passwords, access credentials or other people's personal information in an initial report.

    4. AI and public demonstrations

Public demonstrations show how an AI conversation or support workflow may work. They may contain generated responses, fictional data or scripted scenarios. They do not establish that a particular integration, action or result is available for your organization.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Verify information before relying on it for a business, technical or operational decision. Statements made by the demonstration do not bind EVCalls to pricing, contractual terms or service commitments.

The public voice demonstration does not access your charging network, operate chargers, issue refunds, create support tickets or dispatch emergency assistance. Do not use it as an emergency service or as a substitute for qualified electrical, medical, legal or other professional advice. For an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Voice participation is optional. Start a conversation only when you are comfortable allowing microphone access, and do not provide passwords, payment-card details or sensitive account information. You can end the call at any time or use our contact form instead. Demonstrations are subject to availability, session limits and abuse-prevention controls.

    5. Enquiries and customer agreements

Sending an enquiry, requesting a demonstration or using the public website does not purchase a subscription or authorize a payment. An enquiry does not oblige either party to enter into a commercial relationship.

Any paid service requires separately agreed terms covering the relevant scope, pricing, payment, cancellation, support, data processing and responsibilities. Website descriptions and roadmap statements are general information; the applicable agreement identifies what will be delivered.

A customer deployment may require review of the customer's support procedures, permissions, notices, connected systems and escalation arrangements. Approval of a public demonstration is not approval for a live customer deployment.

    6. Information and materials you submit

You retain the rights you hold in information and materials you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share them with us. Please provide only what is reasonably needed for your enquiry or evaluation.

By submitting materials, you permit us to use them as needed to receive, assess and respond to your request or provide the demonstration you choose, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement. These terms do not transfer ownership of your materials to us.

Please arrange an appropriate agreement with us before sending confidential business documents or sensitive information through a general enquiry channel.

    7. Intellectual property

The website's branding, text, designs, graphics, software and demonstration materials are owned by Envintors Digital Solutions Inc. or used under permission or licence. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant a licence to our trademarks.

You may view the website and retain reasonable copies for your personal use or internal business evaluation, with ownership notices intact. Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not resell, republish, distribute or commercially exploit protected website materials.

You may link to publicly available pages in a way that is accurate and does not imply an endorsement or partnership. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

    8. Third-party websites and services

The website may contain links to, or features provided by, third parties. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement. Third parties control their own websites and may apply separate terms and privacy notices.

We do not guarantee the content or availability of independently operated third-party websites. This section does not remove our responsibilities for personal information or services where those responsibilities arise under applicable law or our agreements.

    9. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain personal information, including information associated with enquiries and public voice demonstrations, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

Agreeing to these website terms does not provide blanket consent to unrelated uses of your personal information or require you to subscribe to marketing. Where a separate notice or consent is required, that requirement continues to apply.

Questions about privacy can be sent to info@envintors.com.

    10. Availability and suspension

We may maintain, update, change or discontinue public website features and demonstrations. Availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions, capacity or other operational issues.

We may limit, suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a breach of these terms, a security concern or a legal requirement. Immediate restrictions may be necessary to protect the service or other users. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide relevant notice.

Availability and suspension of a contracted customer service are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

    11. Website information and warranties

We aim to provide useful information, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Examples, illustrations and demonstrations should be assessed in their stated context and are not guarantees of performance or results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and demonstrations are provided “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any express warranties for paid services are set out in the applicable customer agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, protection or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

    12. Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Envintors Digital Solutions Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website or demonstrations, including indirect loss of profits, business opportunities or data.

This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Liability relating to a contracted customer service is governed by its applicable agreement. These website terms do not replace the liability provisions agreed for that service.

    13. Disputes and mandatory rights

If you have a concern about the website or these terms, contact info@envintors.com with enough detail for us to review it. We encourage an initial discussion to understand the issue and seek a practical resolution.

Contacting us is not a condition that prevents you from exercising legal rights, seeking urgent relief or meeting a legal deadline. Mandatory laws and the jurisdiction of courts entitled to hear a dispute remain applicable. Disputes concerning a customer agreement follow the terms of that agreement, subject to applicable law.

    14. Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms as the website, demonstrations or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Updates apply prospectively; where additional notice or acceptance is required by law, we will follow that requirement. Changes to a signed customer agreement follow that agreement's change process.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in exercising a right does not by itself waive that right. These terms do not create a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and us.
