How we handle personal information, the choices you have and how to reach us.

    1. Who we are and when this policy applies

EVCalls is operated by Envintors Digital Solutions Inc. (“EVCalls”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and retain personal information when you visit our website, try a public demonstration, contact us or interact with us about our services.

We are responsible for personal information we handle for our own website and business activities. When we provide driver-support services on behalf of a charging operator or another business customer, we process information under that customer's instructions and the applicable service agreement. The customer's privacy notice explains its own collection and use of driver information. This policy does not replace those notices or agreements.

    2. Personal information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us:

    • Enquiries and business communications. Your name, email address, company, optional phone number, charging-network size, message and other information you choose to provide when requesting a demonstration or contacting our team.
    • Website and device information. IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages visited, interaction events, referring website, campaign information and the time of a visit or request. This information supports website operation, measurement and abuse prevention.
    • Public voice demonstrations. Audio you choose to provide, the content needed to generate a response, your selected language, connection status, session duration and limited security and usage information.
    • Customer-managed support. Depending on the customer's approved service, caller contact details, charging-site or session information, support requests, conversation summaries, outcomes and handoff details. Recordings or transcripts may be processed where the customer's configuration, agreement and applicable notice permit them.

We receive information directly from you, through your use of our website and demonstrations, and from customers or service providers involved in delivering a requested service. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Our public demonstrations are not intended for payment-card details, passwords or other sensitive account information.

    3. How and why we use information

    We use personal information to:

    • Answer enquiries, arrange demonstrations and communicate about requested services.
    • Deliver support services and carry out instructions agreed with our customers.
    • Operate the website and demonstrations, diagnose problems and prevent fraud, misuse or unauthorized access.
    • Understand website engagement and the effectiveness of our communications and campaigns.
    • Improve service quality using information appropriate to that purpose and consistent with customer instructions and applicable law.
    • Maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

We seek consent where required and may otherwise process information as permitted by applicable law, including to fulfil a requested service or comply with legal requirements. Requesting a demonstration does not require you to subscribe to marketing. We do not treat your visit to this website as consent to unrelated uses of your information.

    4. Voice demonstrations and AI processing

The public voice demonstration is an AI conversation. Microphone access begins only after you choose Start conversation and allow access in your browser. You may end the call at any time. Audio is processed by EVCalls and specialist service providers to understand what you say and generate spoken responses.

EVCalls does not record public demonstration audio or retain demonstration transcripts for training. Service providers process demonstration data and may retain information under their applicable retention and security practices. Limited session and security information is used to manage access, prevent misuse and control usage.

Customer-operated support calls are separate from the public demonstration. Their purposes, recording settings, notices, retention and escalation arrangements depend on the customer's service and applicable requirements. Where permitted, de-identified scenarios and vocabulary may help improve support quality; caller names and phone numbers are excluded from that improvement material.

AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Please do not use the public demonstration to disclose sensitive information or request emergency assistance. You can contact our team through the website instead of using voice.

    5. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar browser technologies for website operation, security, analytics and understanding how visitors reach and use the site. These technologies may collect device and browsing information. We also keep short-lived visit and campaign information so an enquiry can be associated with the page or campaign that brought you to us.

Website measurement includes page visits and interactions such as opening a demonstration or submitting an enquiry. We do not include contact-form message content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, voice audio or transcripts in our custom website analytics events.

You can use your browser's settings to block or delete cookies and clear stored website data. Browser or device privacy tools may offer additional controls. Restricting these technologies may affect some website or demonstration functions. Contact us if you would like more information about the technologies used on the site.

    6. When we share information

We disclose personal information where needed for the purposes in this policy, including to:

    • Service providers that help with hosting, communications, email delivery, website measurement, security, voice processing and customer support. The information shared depends on the service they provide.
    • The relevant business customer and its authorized recipients when handling a support interaction on that customer's behalf, including an agreed human support handoff.
    • Professional advisers, authorities or other recipients where necessary to meet legal requirements, obtain advice, respond to a valid legal request, protect rights or investigate fraud and security incidents.
    • Parties to a business transaction if information must be reviewed or transferred in connection with a proposed or completed reorganization, merger or sale, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.

We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent. Service-provider processing is subject to the applicable arrangements and legal requirements; it does not give those providers an unrestricted right to use your information.

    7. International processing

Information may be processed in Canada and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your location, and information may be accessible to courts, law enforcement or other authorities under local law.

Where required, international processing must be supported by appropriate contractual or other safeguards. Any specific data-location commitments for a customer deployment are set out in the applicable agreement. Contact us with questions about processing locations or applicable safeguards.

    8. How long information is kept

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal or contractual requirements. We consider the time needed to respond to an enquiry, provide an agreed service, maintain necessary business records, investigate misuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Customer-managed support records are subject to the retention arrangements for that service. Service-provider records and backup copies may follow different retention schedules. Information may need to be retained while a legal obligation or dispute remains outstanding. Deletion requests are assessed against these retention requirements, including applicable backup schedules.

You may contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of information relating to you, subject to applicable requirements and exceptions.

    9. Protecting personal information

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and the way it is processed. These include access restrictions and controls designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a privacy or security incident occurs, we assess our obligations and provide notifications where required by applicable law or agreement.

    10. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have the right to:

    • Ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to it.
    • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
    • Request deletion or restriction of certain information, or object to particular processing.
    • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, subject to legal or contractual limits.
    • Receive a copy of certain information in a portable format, where applicable.
    • Raise a concern with us or make a complaint to the relevant privacy authority.

To make a request, email info@envintors.com and describe the information or interaction concerned. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity or authority before responding. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive account details unless we request them through an appropriate channel. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any limitations that apply.

If your request concerns a charging operator's support service, contact that operator first. We assist with requests concerning information processed on its behalf in accordance with its instructions and our obligations.

You can decline the public voice demonstration, end a call, revoke microphone access in your browser or contact us using the contact form. If you receive optional marketing communications, you may use the unsubscribe method provided or contact us to stop them. Withdrawing optional consent does not undo processing that has already lawfully occurred.

    11. Children's privacy

Our website and public demonstrations are intended for business audiences, not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so we can review the circumstances and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

    12. Third-party websites and services

Our website may link to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Please review those notices before providing personal information to them.

    13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, services or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Where required, we provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
