AI support for EV fleets has to place a charging problem inside the CPO's fleet programme. A caller may be dealing with vehicle assignment, access, an account rule, a failed start, an interrupted session, a connector concern, or a charger that requires another team.
We map those calls to the depot, vehicle, charger, ready time, current session, and people who own the next decision. The flow doesn't promise that a vehicle will be ready or decide which route takes priority. It follows the threshold and escalation path the CPO and fleet customer approve.
The service is designed for CPO support operations and their fleet programmes, not as direct support for individual fleet drivers outside an EVCalls deployment.

Connected does not mean direct control
EVCalls can use an available CPMS API or webhook after the interface, permissions, fields, responses, and fallbacks are reviewed. It doesn't connect directly to charging stations or execute OCPP commands.
The CPO decides what a fleet call may read or request and which response confirms the outcome. Our CPMS integration review also identifies where vehicle assignment or fleet schedule information belongs to another system and owner.
